Luffman-Byers Telecom, Inc. is a service organization that provides Installation, CO/OSP Engineering, FTTP, Project Management and Consulting services to the telecommunications industry. Luffman-Byers Telecom, Inc. has the knowledge and experience to install and test a wide variety of communications equipment with SONET fiber, DLC’s and xDSL comprising a majority of our work. We can provide technicians and equipment for complete turn-key installations or supplement a customer’s work force to include Central Office conversions and cut-overs. We also have the capability to do EF&I on a number of various CO Power, Superstructure, and Transmission equipment types. Our Staff has provided OSP Engineering and Project Management for a variety of ILEC and CLEC companies. We will perform any of our services at a quoted hourly rate or by a firm all-inclusive bid or quotation/contract. Some of the services that we provide include but are not limited to the following.
