The world of telecom is like many others in that you “have to expect the unexpected and be prepared to adapt on the fly” said Luffman. It seems that the customer is all too often left holding the bag when things don’t go as planned and Luffman-Byers strives to make sure that this is not the case. “Anything that we can do to make our customer’s lives easier is the name of the game, and will continue to solidify our reputation for being easy to do business with” says Luffman.
